The following description will help manufacturers understand options for increased exposure and sales development through an affiliation with the new Northeast Market Center.

The most comprehensive way to insure sales success for your product in the Northeast is to contract with one of the professional manufacturers representative sales agencies in the Northeast Market Center.

You may seek sales representation for your products through affiliation with a professional here at THE CENTER in two ways.

First, use whatever criteria you'd prefer to narrow the field of sales representatives you have an interest in.  However, we suggest you consider agencies whose showrooms display lines that complement your product. 

Search agencies who sell complementary lines. We suggest you then narrow the field to a few representatives you wish to contact. Then phone, fax, email, or visit directly with the principals of the sales agencies that you choose.

Should you plan a visit to the Northeast Market CENTER, you may bring samples, brochures, and price lists on a Monday market day and contact the principal representatives individually in the building. You must first register as a manufacturer before visiting the manufacturers representative sales agencies to converse with the principal business owner.

In most cases, once you've reached an agreement with the sales agency of your choice, a 15-20% commission on the orders written and forwarded to your company for fulfillment will be due.

Alternatively, if you would prefer independent representation along with the advantages of affiliation with our organization, a second option would be to lease space in our new Gallery at Suite 230.  100 square foot gallery salons including professional concierge service are available for $500 monthly with a one-year commitment.
